Kay Willoughby is the Managing Director and Co Founder of Hamilton's. She is also a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents and an Investor Landlord. This enables her to see both sides of the lettings industry and it is an insight that ensures she never forgets what worries a Landlord can have.

Kay was previously, the driving force within General Accident Property Services between 1991 and 1999 and during that period, placed GAPS firmly on the map, successfully developing and expanding their business operations. As Area Manager for the Northern Home Counties within GAPS, Kay was responsible for the running of an operation spanning from Northampton to North London.

Kay's decision to set up Hamilton's was based on her belief that getting the level of customer service right was absolutely paramount in good Property Management. "Being an Independent allows us to offer more flexibility within our range of services, since we have the ability to tailor our packages to suit our client's needs". "We pride ourselves in delivering the promised service and going that extra mile".

Mark Hamilton was a Director and Co Founder of the Company. He was also an investor with a large portfolio, which his family, retain. Mark sadly died in December 2003 following a long battle against leukaemia. Mark placed enormous importance on professionalism in this industry and his sister Kay and dedicated team, ensure his business ethics and beliefs are always maintained.
